We want you to be happy with what you buy. If something is wrong, email deb@sweetfernsoap.com within 14 days of receiving your order and tell us your order number.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: send us a photo and we will replace the item or refund it, including the shipping you paid.

Changed your mind: because soap, lip butter, lotion bars and body oils are personal care products that touch your skin, we cannot take back opened or used items. We can take back unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. In that case you pay the return postage and the original shipping is not refunded.

Please email us before sending anything back, so we can tell you where to send it. Returns that arrive without contacting us first may be delayed.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we approve the refund. Stripe, our payment processor, does not return its processing fees to us, but you always get back the amount we refund.

Natural products vary a little from batch to batch in colour and scent, and that is not a defect.
